I’m new to this whole blogging world and have been “blog hopping” meeting other terrific women online who are very active within the mom blog community. One of those women was Amanada from HealthyPlace.com who mentioned their radio interview this week regarding PPD & Anxiety. I realized that the interviewee was someone I’ve been reading a lot about. A mom named Katherine who after experiencing Postpartum OCD about 9 years ago went on to create an amazing web resource for those suffering from all perinatal mental illness. Her site is called Postpartum Progress and I encourage you to check it out. I’ve registered for their Daily Hope emails and have incorporated PPD survivor banners on my blog available on their site. There really is a lot of excellent information and resources available on both sites. Here’s the interview I’m happy to share with you.
