This is a Fashionista Event and a promotional item was provided to me. Hosts for this event are Still Blonde after all these Years and ModlyChic
Recently I sat down to write a blog post thinking to use photos from an important moment in our family history, our honeymoon, and discovered those photos were gone. To make matters worse, we didn’t even have that many to begin with. We had lost most of our honeymoon photos in a camera drowning accident on our once-in-a-lifetime trip to Bora Bora 11 years ago when we overturned a jet ski. But we did come back with some pics and had saved them in what we thought was a safe location, a hard drive we called “The Vault”.
The Vault wasn’t so safe after all.
We’ve also lost photos when various laptops crashed unexpectedly, and even one time when my iPhone was stolen on a trip in Florida. Of course now that we have social media, some of those photo memories get saved but I don’t always take the time to post every single photo from big events or visits with loved ones. Facebook is the highlight reel. It’s not the same as old school photo albums that we know are stored away and safe.
Figuring out the best way to save our family memories is so important to me. I’ve lost our honeymoon, but I don’t want to lose sweet moments like these…

Photo Storage & Sharing Tip, Plus a Discount!
At an event this weekend in Seattle I just heard about a new cloud-based photo and video sharing service from Real Networks called RealTimes.
Think of all of the photos and videos we all take of our kids that we absolutely DO NOT want to lose. RealTimes stores them, and automatically makes montages organized by location and date using the photos and videos on your smart device. No work required! It picks out best moments so you don’t have to search for them. You do have the option to tweak them, add in other photos or video, and even songs and filters. Then these fun montages or “stories” can be easily shared with loved ones. You can even invite friends to live albums to be notified when new photos, videos and stories are posted.
RealTimes subscribers can sign up for their free plan which includes 2GB of storage. Or, subscribers can get 30-days of the Premium RealTimes subscription for free with code COUPONSCOM15. Included in this offer is 30 Days of Premium RealTimes for Free (Originally $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year).
And now a $300 Target Giveaway courtesy of RealTimes
US Only, ends July 31, 2015! Good luck!
Do you have photo memories you can’t bare to lose? Have you ever lost any?
