At-Home Gourmet Coffee Indulgence {Gevalia}

Coffee is like a religion here in Seattle. Drive through coffee stands adorn practically every other corner. And when we moved here almost nine years ago we got swept up in the coffee-love. Mochas, lattes, cappuccinos, yum.

After having kids coffee definitely increased as my indulgence of choice to give me a little boost after nights of interrupted sleep. I know you know what I mean. But with the added cost of kids I couldn’t exactly keep up the expense of gourmet coffee stands.

This week I had a chance to check out new Gevalia cafe-style K-cups (single serve coffee) for our beloved budget-friendly Keurig coffee brewer. They’re different from other K-cups we regularly use because they actually create the foam of gourmet lattes. It’s a two step process with a Gevalia Flavor Pack and the Gevalia Coffee K-cup (which is a first for K-cups.)

You know my family is gluten-free and John and I try to be relatively grain-free but I do like to indulge some days for breakfast. I think we all deserve a treat now and then, eh?

Gevalia Kaffe comes in three flavor options-Mocha Latte, Caramel Macchiato and Cappucino. I tried their Mocha Latte with a yummy gluten-free vanilla muffin for breakfast. I love that I can now indulge in Mocha at home.
