Filed Under: Gift Ideas, Giveaways, Self Care

Caring Crate Disclosure

caringcratetwitter
Caring Crate is a new subscription service focused on self care. Gift boxes are filled with 4-5 curated full-sized health and wellness related products perfect for those suffering from chronic illness or experiencing mental health issues. Caring Crate’s selection of goods are chosen specifically to help you feel better and feel good.

From healthy snacks and wellness products, to journals and aromatherapy, there’s something for everyone in every Caring Crate box, which is focused entirely on well-being, a gift to self (or others) sans guilt. Created by student of Psychology and wellness blogger Janelle Martel, Caring Crate provides fun and thoughtful essentials for the mind and body.

I recently received a Caring Crate (Thank you Janelle!) that included these items. This is just an example of what you might discover when you order, but mine included a muffin making kit (you can specify regular or gluten free if you order), a lavender garden in a bag, organic lemon and lavender body balm, a couple of packs of tea and mindful mandala cards.

The coloring cards are definitely my personal favorite part of this kit because for me coloring is highly stress relieving, and reading positive affirmations (which are on the back of these cards) does wonders for my mind and heart. (Don’t forget to check out my 30 Days of Positive Affirmations!)

I love this concept of a monthly subscription box of self care. You know how much I believe caring for oneself is important to me with my own journey toward strong mental health, so I just love the idea of receiving monthly reminders and tools. It would make a lovely gift for someone you love who deals with chronic illness or even a new parent who needs a little extra self care.
